Shipping policy

Processing Time Each piece at Stars, Stripes, & Sawdust is handcrafted to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your item to be built and prepared for shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Total delivery time = production time (1–2 weeks) + shipping transit time. We recommend ordering with that in mind, especially around holidays.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your piece on its way home.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at propp8@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
